 FAQs

  • Our heated mat Pilates classes at CHI are 45 minutes long.

  • The ONLY way to buy a class, class pack or membership is through our website createyourchi.com or our app in the App Store.

  • There is ample street parking outside of the studio - please always just look both ways when crossing a road!

  • Yourself, a water bottle and a towel if you prefer. Super minimal items! We will provide the mats, props and anything else that instructors plan to use during the class.

  • Yes! We have our own studio CHI mats - you do not need to bring your own mat with you. Once you book your class and pick your spot, your space will be all set and ready for your arrival to class.

  • The CHI studio room is set to a temperature of 80°- 85° F. We were super mindful when creating the studio space - wanted it to be warm but not extremely hot where you do not get to enjoy the movement during class.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class, that way you can make yourself comfortable in the space before class begins. We totally get it that life happens and sometimes you run behind - classes will begin on time as scheduled and once the door is closed we will not be opening it. We do not want to disturb others during their workout.

  • We totally get it that emergencies and unexpected life events happen where you can’t make it to class last minute. If that’s the case please reach out to our team at community@createyourchi.com

    CHI Members, we have a 12 - hour late cancellation fee, if you do not cancel 12 hours before the class you are signed up for, you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.

    CHI Drop- Ins & Class Pack clients, if you cancel outside of the 12 hour window or no show you will lose your class credit.
