These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, facilities, and website of CHI Heated Mat Pilates Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”). By participating in our classes, booking online, or visiting our studio, you agree to these Terms.

Class Registration & Payment

All classes must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or at the studio.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Prices for classes, memberships, and packages are subject to change.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

12-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to avoid forfeiting your class credit or incurring a late-cancel fee.

Refunds or credits are only provided in accordance with this policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, or other circumstances.

Health & Safety

By attending classes, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and able to participate in physical exercise.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions to our staff before participating.

Always follow instructor guidance and use equipment safely.

Heated classes may increase physical stress; attend only if you are comfortable and medically cleared.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks. By attending classes or using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. CHI Heated Mat Pilates Studio and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation.

Memberships & Packages

Memberships and class packages are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

Expiration dates apply and are listed at the time of purchase.

Studio Etiquette

Arrive on time for classes. Late entry may not be permitted.

Respect instructors and other participants.

Turn off or silence mobile devices during class.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and class materials, is the property of CHI Heated Mat Pilates Studio and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
